With over 20 years of experience across retail, healthcare, and telecommunications, I bring a unique blend of operational expertise and people-focused recruitment to every role I undertake.
My career has taken me through a wide range of positions, from frontline customer-facing roles on tills and in customer service, to call centre operations, scheduling, project management, and service implementation. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of how successful businesses operate and, more importantly, what makes great people succeed within them.
Recruitment has been a consistent thread throughout my career. Having recruited, managed, and developed teams across multiple sectors, I understand both the employer’s need to find the right talent and the candidate’s desire to find the right opportunity.
